We appreciate you taking the time to consider our offer! When reviewing your offer details, please note the following:

• Our ownership information comes directly from the County's property tax records and we make offers on a County by County basis. If you own interests in other Counties than the offer letter you received, those properties will not appear on this list.
• The County's database is not connected to the database of the company distributing revenue, and it may not list your ownership exactly as your check details do. Owners should be able to match the two using the Well column and the Lease Name from your checks. The Company listed here is the Operator, which may or may not be same as the Company or Companies distributing revenue to you. Sometimes the Operator distributes all revenues, but frequently the Operator distributes natural gas revenue (if any) and another company distributes the oil revenue (if any).
• Remember, we will pay ALL of this year's property taxes if we close prior to any penalties for late payment.
